2023 National Home Care Conference

The 2023 HCAOA National Home Care Conference will be held on Monday, October 23 and Tuesday, October 24 at the Hilton in downtown Chicago, IL. This is THE national conference for home care organizations offering personal care and is the centerpiece of HCAOA's ongoing commitment to help agencies grow and enhance their care to meet the growing needs of older Americans and individuals with disabilities.

A pre-conference State Chapters: Effective Practices and Advocacy Efforts will be held on Sunday, October 22, from 12:00 - 4:30 p.m. for state chapter members and leaders. The pre-conference is included in the registration fee at no additional charge and includes an exclusive VIP reception before the main conference kicks off the following morning.

This year's keynote address will be given by award-winning storyteller and Wall Street Journal best-selling author Kindra Hall, who will inspire teams and individuals to better communicate the value of their company, their products and their individuality through strategic storytelling. Hall is the go-to expert for storytelling in business and best-selling author of Stories that Stick: How Storytelling Can Captivate Customers, Influence Audiences, and Transform Your Business and her newest book, Choose Your Story, Change Your Life, landed on the Next Big Idea Club’s top 10 happiness books.
